What areas do you service?
We are able to accommodate events located in the NorthWest Suburbs of Chicago and Surrounding areas.
Are you able to travel to event spaces prior to an event?
Yes. An on-site consultation is available for a fee of $75 to be used towards booking.
How far in advance should I place my order?
An average lead time is 3 weeks. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve and can fill up quickly.
What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fee starts at $50.
Do prices include removal of the decor?
No. An additional fee will apply if you would like us to remove the decor for you. Please notify us when booking your decor if removal is needed.
How do I pay for my order?
Once the decor order is finalized and you have accepted the quote you will receive an invoice to pay online using credit card. Acceptable forms of payment are, Visa/MC/Amex/Discover
What is your cancellation policy?
The Client has the freedom to cancel at any time without receiving a cancellation fee, so as AZA Balloon Decor receives a written notice within 7 days. If a written notice is not received by AZA Balloon Decor within 7 days of the scheduled installation, the Client will assume a $100 cancellation fee. Please be aware, any and all payments made towards any of the following, including but not limited to; retainer fee, materials, supplies, labor, etc. will be forfeited and considered non-refundable.
How long do balloons last indoors?
Many air filled balloon set ups can last for several days to weeks depending on location of the set up.
How long do balloons last outdoors?
Balloons outdoors are affected by natural elements therefore cannot be guaranteed to last a specific amount of time.
I bought some balloons from somewhere else, can you inflate them for me?
No, we cannot. We do use quality, industry standard balloons that are upheld to the highest standards, therefore we cannot inflate a third party balloon.
